How will I be contacted?

We have a robust order management system that assigns orders to available Sherpas. Once a Sherpa has been assigned they will reach out via email or text message to confirm the scheduling of the service. If you have a preferred time slot that you would like us to login, please leave a note in the additional notes section of the checkout page.
